We use premium, durable materials such as Helical Piers or concrete in every build to ensure long-lasting performance, energy efficiency, and a beautiful finish. Your Miniature Mansion is built to stand the test of time.

Miniature Mansions are designed to be very energy-efficient, meaning they require minimal heating and cooling to stay comfortable year-round—helping you save on energy costs.
How does this work with appliances
We work with our clients to assist in selecting all appliances needed to truly customize your space.
Do Miniature Mansions come furnished?
While we do not provide any furniture, we do offer several recommendations to customize your space. All builds include cabinets and countertops. The rest is up to you.
